The Tropical Agriculture and Rural Environment Program recently became the Agriculture and Food Security Center (AgCenter). The AgCenter will continue TropAg's work examining the interactions among agriculture, the environment, and human nutrition and poverty, with plans for some areas of expansion, including to projects beyond Africa.
